I am a certified realtor (API), and in a few cases, my team and I rent/sell houses that we consider special, or belong to friends or close clients from all over the world. I have been lucky enough to know what it is to be a landlord in a foreign country, the difficulty in finding an agent you can trust, and the despair of seeing your property changing hands constantly inside the same agency. While living in the USA for 18 years, I moved fifteen times, and occasionally, I had difficulty being accepted as a tenant. I experienced the gentrification of New York neighbourhoods, and struggled with increasingly overwhelming prices, making it difficult to find a place to live with my family.

I have been, therefore, in every position, buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant, and I respect and care for all. In Salvador & Co we want to treat your home as if it were ours and treat you as we wish we had been treated every time: as if your needs were our needs. We want to make sure we give you the advice you need and deserve, and we want to facilitate for you the often complicated process of buying, selling or renting a house.
